Playing Victim?
In a recent past I
would
rant and rave
at such comments
but my pen has quietly
taken the forefront
not allowing me to waste
time or effort
on changing thoughts
etched in stone
etched in delusions
brought on by emotions
In the quest of being right
things seem as perceived
while the truth waits its turn
a turn it shall have at some
point
regardless of who takes offense
the loudest voice
backed by a popular vibe
does not a lie make true
it only muffles
the voice of truth
for a time
but forever belongs to
neither strong or weak
time breeds life
and life eventually unveils
what is
